GE Estates Ltd was established in 2006.  It was set up by directors Ian Gidley and Mike Edwards who together have a wealth of experience and expertise in property development spanning over 10 years.

GE Estates acquire and sell a wide variety of property ranging from renovations, conversions and new build.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and deliver good value for money at a high specification which is second to none.  We acquire any property in need of modernisation or if it has development potential.  Cash funds are immediately available for the right purchase.  Acquisitions do not always have to be in residential use but could include workshop/factories in a residential area for example.
